Signal eXtraprise offers a single point of contact for all software and hardware support needs. All calls are placed to our toll free line
(1-800-847-3887) and dispersed to the correct department.

Signal eXtraprise Support Options

  • Hotline Support
    Toll free hotline support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday Eastern Standard Time. Call 1-800-847-3887.
  • Extended Hotline Support
    Extended hotline support is available until 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time as an option to all customers. West Coast customers automatically receive hotline support until 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
  • Hardware Support Services
    We offer hardware support contracts to provide service on a next business day basis. Problems will be diagnosed by one of our trained support representatives and a hardware technician will be dispatched on the next business day with the parts necessary to correct the problem.
